Privacy Settings We have configured Google Analytics with automatic IP anonymization, without Google signals (Google Signals disabled) and without ad personalization. Data is transferred to the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our cookie banner uses the same management system as our platform management (useCookieManager.js). It will appear automatically on your first visit and will renew every 13 months as recommended by the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency).

  • Configure granular preferences by category
  • Change your preferences at any time

In the settings panel you can:

5. International data transfers

Some of our service providers are located in the United States (Clerk for authentication, Google for analytics, Meta for marketing). Data collected through cookies may be transferred to these countries.

To ensure the protection of your data in these international transfers, we have implemented appropriate safeguards:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Contracts approved by the European Commission (Decision 2021/914) that guarantee an adequate level of data protection
  • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs): With all our processors complying with Article 28 of the GDPR
  • Security certifications: Our providers have ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II certifications
  • Encryption: All data is transmitted encrypted using TLS 1.3

Our main database is hosted in the European Union region (Supabase - AWS eu-central-1 or eu-west-1), minimizing international transfers.

Under the GDPR and Spanish data protection legislation (LOPDGDD), you have the following rights:
