This policy describes exactly which technologies solventus.ai may activate, their purpose and how to withdraw consent. The controller is Solventus Software S.L. (tax ID B21841747), contact: info@solventussoftware.com.
1. Activation rule
Before you choose, we do not request files from Google Analytics, Google Ads, OpenAI Ads, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, HighLevel/LeadConnector external tracking or YouTube. We only use the storage required to remember your decision. The HighLevel calendar is requested only when you press a contact CTA to open that function; it is not preloaded when you visit a page. Other optional technologies activate only after an affirmative action and for the selected category.
The legal basis for optional technologies is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a) and Spanish LSSI-CE art. 22(2)). Strictly necessary storage is limited to managing the preference you requested.

3. Your choices
The first layer presents “Reject optional” and “Accept optional” with equal prominence. “Configure” lets you decide separately about functional content, analytics and marketing. Options are off by default; closing or browsing is not interpreted as consent.
You can withdraw or change consent at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer or this button. Withdrawal is as direct as acceptance. Revocation prevents new loads; when a resource was already active, the page reloads to stop it and removes known first-party identifiers that the browser permits us to delete.
4. Providers and transfers
Google, OpenAI, Meta, LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, HighLevel/LeadConnector and YouTube are external providers and may process data outside the European Economic Area. Before enabling their categories, review their policies and transfer mechanisms. Solventus does not claim that a particular certification or safeguard is current unless it has been contractually verified.
