When does custom software beat an off-the-shelf tool?
When the process is the core of your business and generic tools force you to work their way. If a standard tool serves you, we say so in the audit. It costs us a sale and earns us a referral.
How long does a project take?
The audit, 2 or 3 weeks. A typical implementation, 2 to 4 months to live operation. We work in phases and the first usable delivery lands in month one.
What happens after delivery?
We stay on: maintenance, evolution and support. We are our clients' technology department, and a department doesn't leave when a project ends.
Do you only work in Alicante?
We are based in Alicante and work with SMEs across Spain. Almost everything runs remotely, with visits when the process calls for it.
